A federal judge ruled Wednesday that students of the opposite biological sex must be allowed to share shower spaces and dorms at a Christian college in Missouri.
Judge Roseann Ketchmark of the District Court of Western Missouri ruled against the College of the Ozarks, a Christian college which had sued President Joe Biden’s administration over its transgender discrimination policies, lawyers representing the school said Wednesday evening. The college had challenged Biden over his Jan. 20 executive order, which prevented schools from denying children access to bathrooms of their choosing.
“Women shouldn’t be forced to share private spaces, including showers and dorm rooms with males, and religious schools shouldn’t be punished simply because of their beliefs about biological sex,” Julie Marie Blake, senior counsel for the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), told reporters following the ruling Wednesday evening.
“The Biden administration’s overreach continues to victimize women, girls and people of faith by gutting their legal protections, and it must be stopped,” she continued.

Separate, individual showers with security. Any violators will share the showers in general population.
Ok. The court rules that men can use a woman’s shower stall. Fine.
They didn’t rule as to when it must be allowed. The college can probably give times that each student is allowed.
Make it policy that, if you want to shower, that you can only shower during your scheduled time.

Things like this that were such a given (it would certainly never occur to me to want to use the same bathrooms or showers as the women’s) when I was just into my 20s back in 1990 seem to be such a foreign thing in today’s world.

It is almost as if liberals think that women are only baby machines.
Obama appointee. Interestingly, there are sites on the internet that list her as a Republican - though others list her as a Democrat. Sounds to me like someone is playing with the internet again.
The judge is an Obama appointee; once I see any Trump appointees coming down with zany decisions like this is when I will really get concerned.
It’s either a Christian College or it’s not.
There should be no problem with the showers if it’s Christian. The students can work it out themselves.
Why would there be any trans people in a Christian College?
Maybe ‘we’ should start by making judges give up their ‘private’ offices, heads etc etc etc
Better yet, start with the Pols ‘private facilities’ and allow the commoners access to their private facilities.
The way we are going, one will be ‘forced’ to allow the average bum access to your home for whatever they want.
College should rewrite the policy. Don’t use the words men and women. Say xx’s in one shower, xy’s in another.
