Joe Biden does not have the respect of Russian President Vladimir Putin, and as tensions with Russia increase that could be a dangerous thing.
On Tuesday the Russian president snubbed Biden, who offered to meet with him as Russian troops gather near the Ukrainian border.

I’m sure it’s just a coincidence that Putin stopped his territorial expansion into Ukraine during Trump’s tenure, and now that O’Biden is in office he’s preparing to resume it.

2) Biden needs a week's notice to study the notes prepared for him
3) 3 bathroom breaks scheduled for the meeting

Four years of peace and stability gone in less than six months of this clown. Now China is openly threatening Taiwan and Russia openly threatening Ukraine and Biden is befuddled because China paid him tons to look the other way in all things but Ukraine paid him tons too. He has that combination of stupid, corrupt, and utterly compromised that only a 40+ year Senator could put together.

You can understand that Putin would rather meet with a legitimate head of state than Josef Stolen. He has his dignity to think of, after all.
Putin has made comments recently to the effect that - its impossible to negotiate in good faith with the American deep state. They want hegemony at all costs
We know too that he sees Biden as a puppet of this group.
As such, I’m only guessing, but he then likely thinks any meeting would only be a chintzy propaganda exercise for Biden and his controllers.
I LMBO any time I read the word “demands” coming from Biteme or Heels up or Psaki. They are all professional liars and just plain nasty people

Didn’t hear that but I doubt it. It may be true I just didn’t see the news. Putin pulled the Russian Ambassador after Biden called Putin a “killer” on national television and I think that was over a month ago. I haven’t heard if the ambassador is back.
Now Putin may be many things. But it was incredibly undiplomatic and foolish to say it publicly.
Who would want to meet with a world leader who is a genuine demented idiot?
