Joe Biden has always been low IQ'd and lacked the ability to abstract. It is easy to dislike Putin, but he deserves respect. Putin is not some senile half-wit. He knows what he wants. He has plans to achieve what he wants, and he has patience. Xiden was the gift Putin has been waiting for. Putin knew he couldn't get away with crap while Trump was in office.

Why would Putin want to meet with a dementia-addled idiot? Biden was an idiot before the dementia and now, it would probably be a supreme exercise in patience which Putin doesn’t have. He’d see all the special props, etc. the libtard handlers use to make SlowJoe&Ho appear “normal” (but fail to do) and I really don’t blame him for not wanting to waste his time with all that nonsense. Can you imagine what Putin would say to his staff the minute the meeting was over and Biden shuffled out the door?
