“Quartermaster” The title, or rate in the Navy has a different meaning than in the Army. A Navy QM assists on the bridge of a vessel, and an Army quartermaster is in charge of supplies, stores, and logistics.

This business of Biden doing a rope-a-dope, here’s the thing, Biden was a clown 20 years ago. Even if we overestimate his cognitive decline (we aren’t), he didn’t get smarter and his massive ego didn’t go away. He was a stupid horse’s ass in his prime.
Biden was awful in the primary debates, and he appears to have gotten much worse. He was not tanking those to fool anyone. These screwups are happening in the most controlled situations possible, when he is completely rested, prepped, scripted, etc.. He has some very real problems.
I recently mentioned that some new media outlets of a conservative flavor have been doing awful reporting as of late. American Thinker gets my vote for the worst. GP used to be terrible; it got t better but, sadly, from what you’re seeing this makes us look stupid.
Correct but don’t tell that to the Hoft Bros at GP. Or to many here. Also no one outside of conservative media or web pages will ever see any of these performances.
It’s at the bottom of a scotch bottle. This is the Kamala Harris candidacy ginned up by the ones who are the real power brokers in the oligarchy. If Biden doesn’t start showing more glaring signs of TIAs by Thanksgiving I will be gobsmacked. When we are without rule of law, media should be the first take out. Know what I mean?

This has been my concern for sometime. I am hoping Trump is prepping hard for these debates. As long as he does, he should be okay.

The chief quartermaster and usually the Executive Officer are the ones who plot the courses from port to port or staging area. The others kept made sure during their watches that they were on course and safe.
At least that was the way it was done in the old navy.

He looked terrible in just the few minutes I seen. He had a notebook that he had to reference every question (since he could not have a teleprompter). And he sounded old, really old. I felt sorry for him.
Was this from earlier in the day? Even people with early stage dementia/Alzheimers usually decline later in the day - “sundowning”.
