As I noted on another thread, political views are not protected under employment discrimination regs—that is something that needs to change!!
Under laws enforced by EEOC, it is illegal to discriminate against someone (applicant or employee) because of that persons race, color, religion, sex (including gender identity, sexual orientation, and pregnancy), national origin, age (40 or older), disability or genetic information.

With teachers wanting to collect a paycheck while staying home permanently, Trump should announce an initiative to have federal education money follow the student. If school systems are going to be operated virtually, why cant a student in a poor system attend a virtual classroom in a better system in another city, or another state? If the money followed, the highly performing system could pay teachers more or increase instruction staff.
Patriots are reminded that the states have given Congress the express 14th Amendment power to make penal laws that discourage state actors from abridging constitutionally enumerated protections.

"Section 1: All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. We are still stuck with a worthless, corrupt Congress left over from the lawless Obama Administration that will predictably munch popcorn while watching CNN show people like Mr. Kucera wrongly being fired for exercising their constitutionally enumerated rights, 1st Amendment-protected freedom of speech in this example.
The remedy for constitutionally failed federal and state governments
Patriots need to elect a new patriot Congress that will not only promise to fully support PDJTs already excellent work for MAGA, but will also do the following.
New lawmakers also need to promise to exercise their 14th Amendment powers by requiring fines and jail time for state officials who harass people like Mr. Kucera for exercising their constitutionally enumerated rights.
Also regarding 14A:
UC Berkeley relatively recently had to pay compensation under 14A concerning abridging 1st Amendment free speech protections.

Problem is that taxpayers, not Berkeley offending state actors, will probably pay compensation.

Your comment begs the question, what makes a school high performing or failing?
If all the students from a failing school attended a high performing school via online classes would those students become high performing students?
In all the discussions regarding failing/low performing schools Ive yet to see any explanation as to why they are low performing schools. And what makes a school high performing? Is it the amount of money spent per student? The state of the building? The students themselves in both high and low performing schools seem to be exempt from all responsibility regarding their performance on standardized tests.
It seems to me that the culture of the community in which the school is located plays a significant role in determining whether or not the students test well. Unless the students embrace the idea that education is important then it matters not what kind of instruction they receive.
