Seriously, this is the time to make plans for if the SHTF. Land is always a good investment, but there are no guarantees that the government won’t come and take it anyways.
Best to be prepared spiritually. We all die some day and what is really most important is what happens then.
I’ll need those 5 acres for the extended family, those willing to come. As for the fast internet connection they can cut it off but I’m just saying set us up in South America.
Invest them in China and muslim countries.
I would rather own a hard asset than a mutual fund or cash in the bank. But that’s just me

If Trump “loses” the stock market drops perhaps 50% very quickly. Stocks don’t do well in uncertainty or an impending Marxist Utopia. Plan accordingly.

Got a farm in Missouri, 38 acres, 2wells, 2 dwellings..one 7 bedrooms 5 baths and the other suitable for a couple to live in but needs repair. New large barn, enormous greenhouse, whole house wood heater outside that even heats the greenhouse if it gets near freezing. Endless supply of wood.
Can raise chickens, has really nice chicken house, great for a few cows and a bunch of goats :-)
Was gonna put it on the market, we may hold onto it until after Trump wins.
Have a new house in Illinois, taxes are really high but offset as those over 65 pay no state income tax....if that changes we sell that place....6 bedrooms but one is being fashioned into an office. Had a pool and deck but a carpenter is removing it now as I was afraid the cat would fall in and drown and it took up too much space anyway.
Two baths now but work on the third starts soon.
Got the place for a song due to a quirky HUD repo auction.
Most neighbors are professional people, the back fence borders a very large park with golf, tennis..etc on a cul-de-sac in one of safest neighborhoods in this town.
If Trump loses we will put the Illinois house on the market...it should sell easily due to quality and location.
Will liquidate most assets into precious metals, move either back to the farm or Florida or Texas.
If everything goes to $hit thinking another country... Israel not totally safe but might be a nice option.

We will stay where we are, already live in a ‘red’ area, have some land, garden, goats, chickens. Can be self sufficient if need be. Far enough out we can avoid the city nut jobs. Also good when Trump wins, far enough away from the city to avoid the riots.
Husband has already said we would sell all stocks - ETF’s if Trump loses, thing is, so will everyone else - stock market will be a mad house and I’m sure it would mean we would sell at a loss, wouldn’t be able to get it sold quick enough on the downturn.
Overall, not too terribly worried other than, like everyone else, voter fraud.
Your premise is incirrect, he’s not going to lose in Nov. He’s going to win BIG via the Electoral College, + we will get to see the leftist scum cry all over again, AND they will create havoc. Plan ahead President Trump!!!!
The thought of moving out of the good 'ole USA scares me. I would never move. There are cartels and crooked police down there. Had a friend who traveled to Brazil (back in the 90's) for work for an extended period of time, his home in Brazil had a guard. Had a boss who traveled to China for work, okay in the city but when they went to factories outside the city, he had 4 armed guards with guns pointed out the window. American's are ripe for kidnapping in foreign countries, they know they can get a good ransom. Also afraid of doing something wrong and end up in a foreign jail. Think I'll just stay here in the good 'ole US of A.
