.....During the 2008 campaign, Obama admitted Lolo Soetoro was his step-father and he was in Indonesia in 1968 attending elementary school. Lolo Soetoro and Obama's mother, Stanley Ann Dunham-Soetoro, were married in Hawaii in 1965. Obama campaign supporters have consistently and repeatedly insisted Indonesian Law would not allow Obama to be adopted by Lolo Soetoro and he could not be naturalized as an Indonesian citizen because of his age. Furthermore, Obama supporters insist his Indonesian citizenship is irrelevant to his allegience to the United States as a natural born citizen of the United States.

Obama was not adopted in Indonesia. He was adopted by Lolo Soetoro in Hawaii in 1967. When the Soetoro adoption was finalized in 1967, Obama's original long form birth certificate was sealed by order of the Court and archived by the Hawaii Department of Health (HDOH). A sealed vital record is null and void for all future legal or administrative proceedings. In addition to sealing Obama's original long form birth certificate, the Court ordered a Certification of Live Birth (COLB) created and filed by the registrar of HDOH. Lolo Soetoro was listed as the paternal parent for Barry Soetoro for a live birth on August 4, 1961, Honolulu, HI and filed on August 8, 1961.....

If you read comments at the blog, then you read something I wrote at the time as to why this alleged manual does NOT pass the sniff test. I just told you the manual was dated AFTER Obama was born.

Doesn’t seem that way, for if you had, what I wrote about Mr Corsi wouldn’t have surprised you.

Considering how picky you get over the names Anna and Soebarkah, it's extremely surprising and out of character to be less picky over an alleged manual that is dated AFTER Obama was born and has not been proven to applicable to the procedures that would have or should have been used on Obama's alleged long-form birth certificate. The discovery of the manual is a little "too" convenient.

shows a birth date of Aug 4, 1961, the exact date of genuine birth certificate with Obama's right foot print on it.

You're trying to pass off the very document that links the ILLEGAL ALIEN IN CHIEF to his birth certificate.

Let me say again: Think about this.

Mother had been refused entry to airplanes due to her nine month pregnancy.

Four days later his mother flew to Hawaii and registered his birth in Honolulu as a certificate of live birth which omitted the place and hospital of birth."

Here's something to ponder.

I think it more likely that the trip from Kenya actually occurred in August 1961, shortly after BHO-II's birth at the Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa.
Ann and her newborn son flew from Nairobi to London, via BOAC Flight BA162 and then took the non-stop BOAC flight from London to Vancouver, Canada.
She then traveled the 110 miles or so, across the border, to Seattle in time to start Fall Semester, night-school extension classes at the University of Washington.
The trip would be challenging for a new mother, but she was young, healthy, intelligent, and capable.
BOAC was very accomodating to mothers with young children back in the 1960s. No real problem!

The forgeries I'm aware of, are the three Birth Cretificate Barack Hussein Obama II has forged.
I don't trust evidence put forth by Obama supporters.
The disappearance of too much evidence on Obama is strong enough for me to know that he was born in Kenya.

I am the one that “conveniently” found that 1961 VSIM. Now, I know you are not implying that I played some deep game, because that would be rude and wrong.

Prior to contacting the CDC headquarters I contacted about 30 State Archivists to see if any copy existed in a State Archive - because Corsi had implied to have found his copy in the HI SA.

Turns out that prior to my contacting the CDC, Zullo and Corsi had, and that’s when Zullo had the extended go round with the same manager/director (as it turned out) that I contacted. She is the one that TOLD me the one she was sending me was the thing I was after. She was bitchy about it. I will state again that I do not think it likely that just a couple of race codes were changed 10 days after obama was born.

On page eleven of that manual it instructs that if race of one parent is omitted or unknown - code race of child the same as the race given of the other parent.

If the racial entry for both parents is omitted or unknown, code 1 WHITE.
Recall - THESE particular codes were NOT applied to the certificate forms in the offices at Honolulu. These federal codes were entered onto punchcards to later be compiled into summaries. The FEDERAL coders were looking at microfilms of the birth certificate forms, not the paper forms. The federal coding had nothing whatsoever to do with anything other than collecting statistical data/trends. It had no impact whatsoever as to what appeared on those birth certificates. Some codes likely paralleled ones used at the local level, but other than that these federal code books have zero impact on this topic.

The way Corsi was spinning this one would think that the feds first used (in ‘61) the code chart that The Daily Pen had up, then revised the manual - but only the race codes - ten days after obama was born, then revised the codes back to the way they were in 1968.

BUT the federal VSIM is completely unimportant really - because the coders never put those codes onto birth certificate forms, the federal coders were harvesting info from these certificates - not applying it.

If that document should turn out to be genuine, there's only one child to whom it would apply, and that's a son of the kenyan student, who wasn't the father of zero...and as Stanley Ann Dunham wasn't the mother of the boy in the family group I posted earlier, that document is as usefull as teats on a bull imo.

This document was filled out and sent to Great Britain (the United Kingdom).

Your sample document is not from the 1961 time frame, but a much later date.

You quite obviously did NOT read either of the links I provided, which show that the document has apparently been tampered with and was debunked. There's NO way you can now claim this is a genuine document OR that...

The 'document' is quite clearly shown in the two posts from 2009 TO HAVE NO PROVENANCE. It's a curiousity, nothing more.

And the age of the UK sample has nothing to do with it, as a British colony, Kenyan documents would simply have followed the same format. The docs from England haven't changed for a hundred years or more.

Well, it's also possible under Hawaii law to have the brith facts changed at any time whatsoever based on the affidavit of Barry, or of his grandma; if the judge wanted to do so.

They'd only need to invoke this "law enforcement" clause to change the number on the record/certificate.

But they can’t really lawfully invoke that law, because it’s only allowable for people born in Hawaii, and HI law doesn’t allow them to presume that Obama was born in Hawaii. Whatever his real record there has on it, the record itself is not valid, or Onaka would have had to at least verify the gender.

So the combination of BC# alterations and Onaka’s verification to AZ SOS BEnnett tells us at least 2 things: They created a fabricated BC at the request of law enforcement, and the record they had before this fabricated one was made is not legally valid.

And if nothing else, you can use drama queen language like this to try to shield the "VSIM" from criticism. Let's drop that right now. This manual wasn't posted at any official government website, so all we have to go on is the word of a blogger. I take that for what it is. If there's an electronic trail to an independent party, then it might mean a little more. We do have census reports and natality reports available at independent, government websites which gives a somewhat greater degree of reliability to the historical accuracy and provenance of these manuals and documents. I pointed out then and I'll point out now that this alleged manual that you dug up does NOT jibe with other historical reports available from that time period. And, it's dated AFTER Obama was born, so it is virtually useless. We don't have to speculate whether codes would have changed with 10 days or 10 years. "Dr. Conspiracy" tried to run with some similar documentation, and I pointed out several errors that undermined his claims too, plus he intentionally mistated several facts. If you're really concerned about the facts, then focus on the facts instead of trying to have a pissing contest with Jerome Corsi.
