We do have census reports and natality reports available at independent, government websites which gives a somewhat greater degree of reliability to the historical accuracy and provenance of these manuals and documents. And, it's dated AFTER Obama was born, so it is virtually useless. We don't have to speculate whether codes would have changed with 10 days or 10 years. "Dr. Conspiracy" tried to run with some similar documentation, and I pointed out several errors that undermined his claims too, plus he intentionally mistated several facts.
