E-Verify is an Internet-based system operated by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in partnership with the Social Security Administration (SSA). E-Verify is currently free to employers and is available in all 50 states. E-Verify provides an automated link to federal databases to help employers determine employment eligibility of new hires and the validity of their Social Security numbers.

If you were an employer and entered Barack Hussein Obama’s social security number 042-68-4425 into the data base to verify that he was eligible for employment in the United States you could not legally hire him.

Here is what e-verify would tell you about hiring Mr. Obama:

You did a great job of identifying WHY Obama seems to have failed his E-Verify...

1. False Identity
2. Noncitzen Not in Status
3. Multiple SSN’s with Different Identities
4. Scrambled Earnings with New SSN Assigned
5. SSN Obtained Using Fraudulent Documentation
6. SSN Assigned Based on Harassment/Abuse/Life Endangerment
7. Fictitious Identity
8. Fraud-OIG Investigated
9. Fraud SSN Misuse

Eight of the Special Indicators have to do with fraud of some kind. I do not think that special indicator #6 was even available until long after Obama started using the SSN in question. It looks to me like the SSN Obama is using has been flagged with a Special Indicator indicating fraud.

It is on the Whitehouse.gov website. However, downloading it now will not give you the copy that they put up that had the SS number on it. The original copy with the whiteout had a Creation Date of 4/15/2010 at 11:15:29 and a Modified Date of 4/15/2010 at 11:15:29 ( showing that it wasn't changed ). After it was released and people discovered the mistake, they put up a new copy where they fixed the layer so you couldn't remove it. The new copy has a Creation Date of 4/15/2010 at 11:15:29 and a Modified Date of 4/16/2010 at 06:17:52
