Notwithstanding Obama’s lack of constitutional eligibility for the office he occupies as a direct result of his father’s citizenship, Obama can’t even prove he is an American. In fact the only thing we can confirm about Obama is that he is a foreigner–foreign to America, foreign to the english language, and ignorant of our history. At this late date, after millions of dollars spent, people mysteriously dying, and the jailing of a decorated Army officer–all of whom questioned Obama’s legality–any so called ‘birth certificate’ produced now is nothing more than suspect, and it is more than likely another faked document…a worthless piece of paper just like all of Obama’s so called ‘credentials’.
We know Obama was born British, is likely a Kenyan citizen, and is Indonesian; we know he was never naturalized as an American citizen; we know there is no record of his name change from Barry Soetoro to Barack Hussein Obama, II; we know he lied on his Illinois bar form about his previous names; we know he is using a stolen social security number, and that he has multiple social security numbers, and we know that Obama has a forged selective service registration.
Who does this kind of stuff except an illegal alien?
One of the things Obama cannot prove is that he is an American. He won’t release anything and asks us to believe him…as he robs our savings, our livelihood and our America.

I’ve known many American-born Jews who have dual US-Israel citizenship, but each has applied to Israel for citizenship. I don’t think that the Israeli citizenship is automatically conferred on every Jew born anywhere in the world, but that any Jew born anywhere in the world is entitled to become an Israeli citizen (with a few restrictions) under the Right of Return.
Just because I do not agree with you and your birther buddies does not make me an ‘Obot’. I am tired of the birthers making thoughtful conservatives look like lunatics. The last straw for me was the Lakin case where you and the birther brigade was egging on and encouraging an Army officer to willfully miss movement to promote a political stunt.
Acquisition of Israeli Nationality
The Law of Return (1950) grants every Jew, wherever he or she may be, the right to come to Israel as an oleh (a Jew immigrating to Israel) and become an Israeli citizen.
That was certainly my impression of the law. I figured the two freepers I pinged would be experts, and I would be interested to hear their views as well, if they are available and willing.

No no no retread. The overwhelming court precedence is Vattel's definition in his the Law of Nations that has been cited in numerous court opinions. There are uninformed voices here, claiming that both parents must be citizens for an NBC, but it is certain and has been established that if the establishment's hero Obomba was born outside the borders of this country to an underage Stanley (!) then he is NOT an NBC, even if the NBC TV "experts" claim it is so.
