Notwithstanding Obama’s lack of constitutional eligibility for the office he occupies as a direct result of his father’s citizenship, Obama can’t even prove he is an American. In fact the only thing we can confirm about Obama is that he is a foreigner–foreign to America, foreign to the english language, and ignorant of our history. At this late date, after millions of dollars spent, people mysteriously dying, and the jailing of a decorated Army officer–all of whom questioned Obama’s legality–any so called ‘birth certificate’ produced now is nothing more than suspect, and it is more than likely another faked document…a worthless piece of paper just like all of Obama’s so called ‘credentials’.
We know Obama was born British, is likely a Kenyan citizen, and is Indonesian; we know he was never naturalized as an American citizen; we know there is no record of his name change from Barry Soetoro to Barack Hussein Obama, II; we know he lied on his Illinois bar form about his previous names; we know he is using a stolen social security number, and that he has multiple social security numbers, and we know that Obama has a forged selective service registration.
Who does this kind of stuff except an illegal alien?
One of the things Obama cannot prove is that he is an American. He won’t release anything and asks us to believe him…as he robs our savings, our livelihood and our America.

Point blank: Obama’s Father is not and never was an American citizen natural or otherwise, so in short according to the eligibility laws, Obama AIN’T.
To be eligible, BOTH his parents needed to be American citizens.

Maybe what is needed is a letter writing campaign to Darrell Issa? Sure, he has said that he won’t prosecute BHO on eligibility, but if there is enough public demonstration about it, he woudl have to take some kind of action ... right?

To the extent that we can know anything, it seems reasonable to deduce that the sun will come up tomorrow and that, if BHO could have proven his American citizenship by now, using valid documents, he would have done so instead of paying millions to hide them.
In addition, she has covered many of the court cases and the research they produced. The cases were not advanced because of standing.
Maybe it appears I’m quibbling; I’ve read PRACTICALLY EVERYTHING ‘bout this issue since Oct., 08-and am jus remindin folks we’re still in probalistic territory re. birthplace and SCOTUS pronouncement of “natural born” ‘interpretation’.

It is remarkable that within a week of Tiger Woods crashing his Escalade, the MSM mediots found every woman with whom Tiger had an affair in the past few years, with photos, text messages, recorded phone calls and other data.
The same mediots even knew his wife used a Wedge from Tiger’s golf bag to break the windows in his Escalade, and they knew which wedge.
Everyday, they gave America more updates on Tiger’s Sex-Rehab stay, his wife’s plans for divorce and of course the tournaments and dates he would play after his Rehab.
Obama has been in office for close to two years, and the same press mediots still can’t find any of his childhood friends or neighbors, or locate any of Obama’s college papers, grades or how this ‘poor’ lad paid for a Harvard Education.
Nor could they find which country issued his Visa to travel to Pakistan in the 1980’s.
They continue to ignore Obama’s connections with George $oreA$$, and Obama’s election funding from the phoney non profits controlled by George $oreA$$.
They have unsuccessful in finding Michelle Obama’s Princeton Thesis on racism.
Yet many of the public still trusts the same mediots and MSM to give them the whole truth each day, 24/7.

Too bad for Obama that the state of Hawaii did not certify Obama as a natural born citizen. Hawaii omitted it on purpose because know otherwise. AZ will likely ask Obama to prove it next time if he runs for president in 2012 when they pass that eligibility law along with a few other states.
Since what the Democrats sent to Hawai’i says that Obama and Biden are “legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution,” I think that covers the specific wording of Article II, Section 1 of that document.

Hawai’i’s previous Republican administration (the Lieutenant Governor is the Chief Elections Official in that state and he was the Republican nominee who lost to Neil Abercrombie) lodged no complaint about what the DNC sent them, the issue is a moot point and its’s not about to be raised now, with Hawai’i’s “Obama For America” honorary Campaign manager as the new Governor.
Now the Arizona form is a completely different mattter. That form, signed by Barry Soetoro himself is prima facie evidence that could be used to launch a grand jury investigation as to whether Barry Soetoro really qualified for the Arizona ballot or not.
With Grand Juries come subpoenas for original documents, witnesses testifying under oath with the threat of perjury hanging over their heads and experts to examine the authenticity of evidence. There are no issues of standing to get in the way of discovery in a grand jury investigation and the prosecuting attorney pretty much has free reign to take the investigation wherever he or she wants.

All the evidence points towards obama being born in Kenya to a underage American mother, a mother who could not convey citizenship in 1961. obama is a Kenyan national.
Only only one certified birth certificate has been released and ( supported by Kenyan government officials)stating that obama was born in Kenya.

According to more than one recent poll 58% of the population are not certain that Obama was even born in the USA. The numbers of those wondering about Obama’s origins has kept growing and growing.

The important number in this poll... only 42% of respondents say Obama was definately born in the United States. 58% are therefore not sure. This poll is 3 months old. If the trend from previous polls has continued the numbers have only gotten worse for Obama. The reason Abercrombie, Chris Mathews and other liberals have began bringing this subject up is because “Joe Average” is starting to wonder.You are the one wearing the tin foil hat my friend.
It won’t be as easy to control the message if he runs again. Very disturbing how far this has gone.
Many of us with intel backgrounds have felt any exposure of the fraud re his birth, will probably come from a foreign power.
At the top of my list of potential fraud exposers:
Israel, Russia/Putin, China, UK, and maybe an enemy like Iran or one of the smaller commie proxy countries.
Foreign powers/leaders/intel have their own media and could care less about our left wing mediots.
Also, maybe the liberals still loyal to the Clintoons and the ultra left progressives when he starts to really reach for the middle road will be tempted to pull the plug. If they do this, their mediots will start a pr campaign to blame our side for revealing what they have hidden for at least a decade.
There is NO evidence other than the Granny saying she was there. Now, MAYBE he was born in Kenya, but I think more likely he BRAGGED that he was born in Kenya when young, to give him some kind of African cachet.
Occam's razor says that an immature 18-year-old girl would not travel across the seas pregnant to give birth in Africa where her lover has his WIFE. I think she'd want to be with her Mommy.
If he was born outside the country I'd say Canada would be more likely. But I am thinking there is SOMETHING ELSE on that certificate that he is ashamed of. Here's my latest idea:
That he had a different father, who was not Muslim. Everywhere he has gotten, he has gotten with the help of rich Muslims. He claimed to be one of them, since Islam is transmitted through the father. He is not afraid of the American people finding out. He holds us in contempt anyway. He's scared shirtless of the Muslim Powers-that-Be, that got him where he is today, finding out. They would feel betrayed enough to find that old sword of Khalid Sheikh Mohamed.
