Notwithstanding Obama’s lack of constitutional eligibility for the office he occupies as a direct result of his father’s citizenship, Obama can’t even prove he is an American. In fact the only thing we can confirm about Obama is that he is a foreigner–foreign to America, foreign to the english language, and ignorant of our history. At this late date, after millions of dollars spent, people mysteriously dying, and the jailing of a decorated Army officer–all of whom questioned Obama’s legality–any so called ‘birth certificate’ produced now is nothing more than suspect, and it is more than likely another faked document…a worthless piece of paper just like all of Obama’s so called ‘credentials’.
We know Obama was born British, is likely a Kenyan citizen, and is Indonesian; we know he was never naturalized as an American citizen; we know there is no record of his name change from Barry Soetoro to Barack Hussein Obama, II; we know he lied on his Illinois bar form about his previous names; we know he is using a stolen social security number, and that he has multiple social security numbers, and we know that Obama has a forged selective service registration.
Who does this kind of stuff except an illegal alien?
One of the things Obama cannot prove is that he is an American. He won’t release anything and asks us to believe him…as he robs our savings, our livelihood and our America.

There is circumstantial evidence he applied for or renewed his Indonesian passport as an adult. And of course in his Passport records there was SOMETHING worth murdering for.

Please let me help you understand something you and others seem to be missing. Some of us have sworn an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution and, speaking only for myself, take that oath seriously.
Beating obama in the 2012 election is politics. But if he is ineligible to even be in the WH, then we have moved beyond politics and are dealing with a different type of problem, one that cannot be ignored or tolerated.
It's not hard to understand if you understand duty, honor and love of country, have some knowledge of history and an awareness of the dangers the nation faces.

one set had key wording:"I certify candidates for POTUS and V-POTUS are elegible....etc...etc....

Actually 50 States plus the Seven set up by the AntiChrist to rule and conquer the world. Last night, I happened to watch a Christian movie called “Left Behind” on INSP (Inspiration) which had some interesting references to a take over by the AntiChrist. Suits Oba-Hussein quite nicely thank you.
There is NO demand in State or Federal law that ANYONE has to verify eligibility of a Presidential candidated. With new laws being passed in many States in 2011 this should become mandatory. Putting an end to Obama 2012 unless he can slip a PERFECT forgery by everyone.
Some posters have said that Pelosi signed the documents as Speaker of the House, and Boehner can just not sign the documents to keep Obama off the ballot 2012 if he is not satisfied Obama is eligible. That is another birther myth.

There was never a question about them and currently there is NO repeat NO State nor Federal law that demands a Presidential candiate has to be vetted for eligibility, which is now changing at State level.
So your condition of providing 43 birth certificates is ludicrous, misdirecting and a misleading smoke screen you wafted in self-defense.
There was however a huge effort by Congress and Senate Democrats to BAR McCain on eligibility grounds. You should read other threads on eligibiilty posted on FR as late as the last few days and get informed.

This cant be minimized away, she signed a legal document that she (representing the DNC) certified Obama as legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution.
Each of the states have their own requirements to appear on their respective ballots. Most require an affidavit or certification to be filed with the chief election officers of the state, usually the Sec. of State, certifying the candidate is the nominee is the party and is eligible for the office. Some states require the candidate sign the document, other states do not.
A proposal that is being floated about, and that I am strongly in favor of, is requiring each Presidential candidate to file a certified copy of his birth certificate with the state. The BC must the same as that accepted by the government to receive a passport. That simple law will address the question to the satisfaction of 99% of the population and is so reasonable that not even the dumbocrats can object to it.
Read other threads on elgibility - not the small one you “trolled” but the one with some 500 comments. Then you may get better informed, too. FReepers have enornmous knowledge and experience among them. Worth reading and learning.
