Here is video of Fox News' Megyn Kelly and a panel weighing in on the vicious beating of a student on a school bus in Belleville, Illinois.
Kelly was very strong that the kids who beat the boy should be punished to the fullest extent of the juvenile laws, not just receive a suspension. She also felt the students on the bus who did nothing to help the boy should receive a stiff penalty as well. . . . (VIDEO)

I didn’t want to watch the video. It was on BOR last night and I saw it anyway. It made a lump rise in my throat and I felt SO bad for that kid.....and REALLY pissed me off.I would be ON FIRE for some kind of justice, i’ll tell you that.
If Megyn the spitfire had been on that bus, things might have turned out differently.
Punish the other kids as well?
The other kids on the bus were potential victims. I got my 13 year old daughter on the bus this morning.
Never in a million years would I advise her to get involved and try and stop a fight like that.

Jimma Carter must have seen this video on TV or in the news, but, still made that comment that white people didn’t vote for Obama because of “ Racism “ ....

(I watched the video, but didn’t hear it. Ever since my wife installed ‘anti-virus’ software on my computer, I no longer get sound with Flash videos.... ugh!)
Often as well, schools will attempt to get the parents of the victim to “let the school handle it”....that way nobody (from politically protected groups) gets punished. I learned my lesson on that.
Sadly nothing will happen. My guess is that any civil lawsuit against the perps will not be successful, and the school system down to the bus driver probably has sovereign immunity.
Yeah, that's the ticket, teach your daughter to be a coward and stay out of any fights, rapes, beatings, muggings or other crimes she might witness. That's how criminals get away with this type of sh**. No one wants to get involved.
A civil lawsuit would be useless because you can’t get blood out of a turnup. What are you going to do take their public housing and food stamps away?

Not likely. Then it would have been two white kids getting the snot beat out of them by x number of minority kids.
Yeah, right, He-man. I am going to have my freshman daughter try and stop a fight between larger and stronger boys on the school bus on her third day of high school. And good thing I said “I love you” when I kissed her goodbye. One of the homies might have had a knife.
But at least she went down swinging.
