Since when does Rush get his evidence from us? I thought he had his own people doing research, and dare I say, he should be doing his own too. There is absolutely NO good reason for Obama to withhold his birth certificate. This issue didn’t help him, it hurt him...and as bad as he wanted to take control of the White House, he would NEVER have done something that would hurt him unless he had a very good reason. So what’s the reason? It’s a freekin’ birth certificate! The most common form of proven I.D. we have! Sorry to be yelling, but damnitalltohell....even Rush has let us down. And THAT is a fact.

Rush sent out that signal that he was aware of a questions over a birth certificate!!! Rush was also letting it be known that HE was not going to strike their match to set off their plotted and planned revolution.

Now why did Hillary NOT demand this birth certificate, why did she bow out and campaign for this man????

Actually, this is not the issue. The issue is BHO was adopted by an Indonesian and upon that adoption his US citizenship was no more. When he returned to the US...he should have become a naturalized citizen....which makes him ineligible to run for President. [In Indonesia you can’t have a dual citizenship...from what I understand.]

Bama is their tool.... He wanted to win of course, using whatever means necessary. The puppet masters who he spends his free time with and fund him do not really care what happens to him. He probably has gotten the message though given who he appointed as his chief of staff. That was a signal for the world to let them know what kind of government he would be atop.

The 34-page memorandum that accompanied the court order from Judge R. Barclay Surrick said ordinary citizens can't sue to ensure that a presidential candidate actually meets the constitutional requirements of the office.

Given that ordinary citizens have the 1st A. right to petition the federal and state governments for a redress of grievances, which certainly should include demanding that the president-elect satisfies constitutional citizenship requirements, respectfully, Judge Surrick is playing politics, in my opinion.
