On occasion, I get a request like that.
Usually it is via Freepmail, and I always honor them.
Sometimes they are on a thread. And I honor those too.
I prefer Freepmail. Sometimes you miss the requests on
the threads and it gets overlooked.
I have lots of time for unconfirmed reports and speculative rumours .....(and dont forget the mindless crap)
