Police have arrested a suspect nearly four months after a New Jersey Republican councilwoman was gunned down in her car as she was nearing her home. THE son of federal judge Esther Salas has been killed and her husband critically wounded after a gunman dressed as a Fedex delivery driver ambushed them inside their home last night.
