This past fall The New York Times began publishing a powerful, ongoing series revealing the U.S. militaryÂ’s mistreatment of soldiers who were exposed to decades-old chemical weapons during Operation Iraqi Freedom. According to The Times, between 2004 and 2011 U.S. troops stumbled across about 5,000 Iraqi chemical munitions of various types, and at least 17 American personnel, mostly bomb disposal experts, were wounded by them. All of the ordnance was manufactured by Iraq prior to the 1991 Gulf War, during the Iran-Iraq War of the 1980s.Much of the conservative media has seized on the Times articles as long-awaited, sweet vindication...

The Trump administration is hitting Russia with new sanctions punishing President Vladimir Putin's government for using a chemical weapon against an ex-spy in Britain, U.S. officials told NBC News Wednesday. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo signed off on a determination that Russia violated international law by poisoning the former spy, Sergei Skripal, and his daughter in March, officials said, a decision that was announced Wednesday afternoon by State Department spokesperson Heather Nauert. Although the U.S. joined European countries in publicly blaming Moscow within days of the attack, the Trump administration had never issued the formal determination that triggers automatic sanctions...

This is not an anti-Iraq war rant; i fought in the streets in 2003 with Freepers & groups like Protest Warrior counter protesting the "peace protestors". Nor is this a rant against law enforcement- my dad was NYPD for almost two decades. Rather this is a reminder with facts for those who believe we should just blindly follow our politicized "intelligence" agencies. The same intelligence operations telling us russia interfered in our elections: 1- told us Iraq possessed WMD 2- never connected the dots in the lead up to 9-11; the worst terrorist attack on US solid 3- dismissed evidence...

The Department of Justice announced Thursday that it is creating a task force to take a fresh look at drug-trafficking and money-laundering operations linked to Hezbollah after an investigative report last month claimed that the Obama administration turned a blind eye to such activities to preserve the Iran nuclear deal. The task force, dubbed the Hezbollah Financing and Narcoterrorism Team (HFNT), will begin its work by reviewing investigations stemming from Project Cassandra, a campaign led by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) targeting the Lebanese terror group’s actions. According to a Politico report published last month, officials with the Obama Justice...

The US Department of Justice will investigate claims that the Obama administration shielded the Lebanon-based Shi’ite terrorist group Hezbollah from criminal prosecution for its drug-trafficking and gun-running operations, as part of an effort to curry favor with Hezbollah’s patron, Iran. Last week, Politico released an investigative report citing Drug Enforcement Administration and former Treasury Department officials who claimed that the previous administration blocked the prosecution of Hezbollah officials known to be involved in the smuggling of illegal narcotics and weapons – including chemical weapons – in an effort to bring Hezbollah’s patron state, Iran, to the negotiating table. In 2015,...

WARNING! Today, the MO of France has published an interesting report on the subject of chemical weapons in Syria. The document is compiled on the basis of open information and declassified data of French intelligence services and dated April 14, 2018. Rep. Thomas Massie, R-Ky., says he believes a majority of the public doubts the official U.S. government contention that Syrian President Bashar Assad used chemical gas against the final rebel-held town near Damascus. “Anybody who has tried to explain to me why Assad would do this sounds like a conspiracy theorist,” said Massie, a libertarian Republican from Kentucky. “It requires really contorted thinking to think Assad did this. You have to come up with very complicated reasons.” “I cannot think of a reason he would,” Massie said.

President Donald Trump Monday condemned the alleged chemical attack in Syria saying, “It was atrocious, it was horrible.” During a meeting with his Cabinet on Monday, the president said intelligence assessments are underway and his administration will be making "some major decisions" on Syria over the next 24-48 hours. He later said a decision could be made "later today." When asked about possible U.S. military action, Trump said: "Nothing's off the table." “This is about humanity and it can’t be allowed to happen,” he said. “If it’s the Russians, if it’s Syria, if it's Iran, if it’s all of them...

Liberal billionaire George Soros threatened President Donald Trump and suggested he wouldn't be around much longer last month, according to the Daily Wire. During a speech at the end of January at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, the Democratic kingpin suggested "dark forces" were involved, and would make Trump disappear by 2020. "Clearly I consider the Trump administration a danger to the world," Soros said. "But I regard it as a purely temporary phenomenon that will disappear in 2020 or even sooner." Soros, still upset he donated more than $30 million to Hillary Clinton's failed 2016 presidential campaign,...
