The swing state of Wisconsin has been called out for at least one vote-rigging scheme that has swung elections. But there's more than just Zuckerbucks, a privately funded entity which invaded public election spaces without voter consent in an act the state's special counsel office said amounted to 'bribery.' According to JustTheNews, there's also this:A Wisconsin lawmaker is questioning whether it was legal for a political action committee to pay people to encourage others to vote for liberal Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Janet Protasiewicz in the state Supreme Court election in the latest mobilization tactic to raise integrity concerns...

Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) said advocating for those who have suffered an injury from the COVID-19 vaccine played a major role in whether he would seek another term in the Senate during the 2022 midterm elections. Johnson told Fox Business host Maria Bartiromo on Thursday that injuries from vaccinations are "not all that rare," but he said not many people are advocating for victims. “One of the main reasons I ran again is nobody else is advocating for the vaccine injury,” Johnson said. “These vaccine injuries are real. They’re serious. They’re not all that rare. That’s what I’m going to...

Former President Donald Trump was arraigned in New York on Tuesday on 34 felony counts of falsifying business records, but the largest blow to his hopes of reclaiming the White House might have occurred nearly 1,000 miles away in Wisconsin, where liberals secured a majority on the state's Supreme Court for the first time in 15 years. Hours after Trump became the first American president to face felony charges, Judge Janet Protasiewicz claimed victory over former Justice Dan Kelly, a major Trump supporter and one of the Wisconsin Republicans central to the former president's attempts to throw out the results...

While a bitter taste still lingers from progressive wins at the Wisconsin Supreme Court and Chicago city hall, Republicans are savoring two electoral gains this week with long-term consequences: a new supermajority in the Wisconsin legislature and conservative school board wins in Chicago's suburbs. In fact, state Rep. Dan Knodl's capture of a vacant Wisconsin state Senate seat on Tuesday already has Republicans contemplating using their new two-thirds majority in the chamber to possibly remove liberal officials like elected judges and district attorneys through impeachment. Knodl said before he was elected, he would consider impeaching Milwaukee County court officials, including...

Sometime late Tuesday evening, it became clear that Democrats had once again prevailed in a key toss-up race. This time, it happened in Wisconsin, with Republicans coming up short in a state supreme court election that could have a profound impact on the outcome of 2024. This wasn’t some low-profile, inconsequential contest. This was one of the most expensive supreme court races in history. Tens of millions of dollars were spent in an attempt to cement power in the all-important swing state. Unfortunately, most of it came from Democrats. What were Republicans doing while the polls were open? We were...

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Republican state Rep. Dan Knodl defeated a Democratic attorney to win an open Senate seat in Tuesday’s special election, creating a GOP supermajority in the chamber that could be used to impeach Democratic Gov. Tony Evers and other office holders. Knodl defeated Jodi Habush Sinykin in the 8th District race. The seat represents Milwaukee’s northern suburbs and has leaned red for years. It came open after longtime Republican incumbent Alberta Darling decided to retire in November. Evers called a special election to fill the position. Knodl’s victory gives Senate Republicans 22 votes in the 33-seat chamber....

MADISON, Wis. — Control of the Wisconsin Supreme Court and probably the future of abortion access, Republican-drawn legislative maps and years of GOP policies in the key swing state rests on the outcome of an election Tuesday that has seen record campaign spending. The winner of the high-stakes contest between Republican-backed Dan Kelly and Democratic-supported Janet Protasiewicz will determine majority control of the court headed into the 2024 presidential election. The court came within one vote of overturning President Biden’s narrow win in the state in 2020, and both sides expect another close race in 2024. It’s the latest election...

Dan Knodl to represent Milwaukee's northern suburbs. A radical leftist biochemist has been charged in connection with the May 2022 firebombing of anti-abortion group Wisconsin Family Action's office in Madison. Hridindu Sankar Roychowdhury, 29, was arrested at Boston Logan Airport on Tuesday as he prepared to board a one-way flight to Guatemala City. During the incident in question, two Molotov cocktails were thrown into the office, and graffiti was spray-painted on the side of the building stating, "If abortions aren't safe then you aren't either." Far-left pro-abortion group Jane's Revenge took responsibility for the attack, claiming that it was "only a warning," and threatening to destroy the...

Days before the Wisconsin Supreme Court election a major union representing transit workers wrote an $18,000 check to Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Janet Protasiewicz’s campaign. For the Amalgamated Transit Union, which represents bus drivers and mechanics, it was a huge donation compared with their previous donation to a Wisconsin Supreme Court candidate in 2018 for just $250. “There's a lot on the line with the Supreme Court race here,” said Donnell Shorter, head of the ATU Local 998 in Milwaukee. But that $18,000 is a drop in the bucket compared with the contributions of a few dozen ultra-wealthy donors. Recent...
