They do. The dems have paid actors who collect ballots that are scattered to the four winds for several weeks, especially in Madison. Our GOP is to useless to fight back. When the courts strike down all of the Scott Walker reforms, the GOP should ignore the court’s order and/or immediately take it to a federal judge.
