An arrest has been made in the stabbing death of a 35-year-old woman who was attacked as she jogged through D.C.'s Logan Circle neighborhood. Wendy Martinez of Northwest Washington was out for a run in the 1400 block of 11th Street NW when she was stabbed multiple times just before 8 p.m. Tuesday.
