We're used to wacky ballpark foods and baseball promotions but this one is in a league of its own: a hot dog topped with mac 'n cheese, bacon and Froot Loops. The Cleveland Indians announced in January that they would be introducing some new hot dog varieties at Progressive Field, and maybe you thought it was a joke. It is not.
