Video sellers and distributors filed a federal lawsuit Monday in an attempt to zap a new California law that will prohibit selling or renting violent videos to people under 18 after the end of the year. Videos, no less than books, movies, fine art and fine music, are entitled to First Amendment protection, the suit argues.
