A man was arrested on a charge of resisting and obstructing an officer after police say he refused to cooperate with officers during a traffic stop in Dundee, Michigan. The circumstances began about 3:15 p.m. Saturday near the Golf Ridge subdivision in the village. Dundee Police Officer Josh Stump made a traffic stop for a vehicle that did not have a registration plate, and asked the 54-year-old driver for his driver's license and registration. A 19-year-old man was arrested after spending months planning an attack on a U.S. Army site in suburban Detroit, authorities said Wednesday. The man was planning a mass shooting at the Army’s Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command in Warren, commonly known as the Detroit Arsenal, on behalf of the Islamic State group, the U.S. Attorney's Office said. But he didn’t know that he had been scheming with two undercover FBI employees, who recorded audio and video images of their meetings with him, including handwritten diagrams of the site, referred by the Army as TACOM, authorities said.

Malia and Sasha Obama were spotted flying off of Martha's Vineyard on Tuesday after the tragic death of the family's private chef, Tafari Campbell. Campbell, 45, died on Sunday in an accident on Great Edgartown Pond, a large but calm body of water that the Obamas' luxury pad sits on. It remains unclear how exactly Tafari came to drown. He was a competent swimmer and the water where he was paddle boarding is mostly calm, though neighbors say it can be deceptive.
