Tudor bridge and ancient animal remains found in Suffolk Archaeologists have found a 16th century Tudor bridge and the remains of a Bronze Age animal during work in Suffolk. They were found during work to rebuild Ballingdon Bridge in Sudbury at a cost of £2.4 million. The complete 16th century Tudor bridge was found collapsed on the bed of the River Stour and had a deck of about three metres wide.
