Three New Orleans women in their early 20s, including two sisters, face charges of attempted murder in a "vicious" beating that involved hitting, kicking, pepper-spraying and robbing a 21-year-old woman on a street in eastern St. Bernard Parish, authorities said Wednesday night (Sept. 7). Jarrell Holmes, 22, described by police as a friend of the victim, plotted with her 20-year-old sister Akira Holmes and 20-year-old Trebrekiante "Breke" Wickem to lure the victim, who also lives in New Orleans, to Angelique Drive in Violet on the pretext of picking up clothes at a house, according to the St. Bernard Sheriff's Office....
