Wolf Faces Republican Primary Challenger By Julia O'Donoghue Thursday, February 18, 2010 Sterling resident Jim Trautz has decided to take on 30-year incumbent U.S. Rep. Frank Wolf (R-10) for the Republican Party's nomination in Virginia 10th congressional district, which includes all or parts of McLean, Great Falls, Herndon, Oak Hill, Vienna, Chantilly and Centreville. According to the candidate's Web site, Trautz is a retired Naval officer and ordained minister who also managed a "multi-million dollar program" as a private defense contractor.
