AP Photo "We arrested a large number of them, around 400," interim Prime Minister Ayad Allawi said in an interview broadcast by Iraqiya television. "Some of them are Iraqis and some from outside Iraq." Allawi gave no figures for the number of foreigners but said they included Syrians, Saudis, Afghans and Moroccans.
