Electoral College voters based in Colorado have formed a political non-profit to block Donald Trump from the presidency. According to The Denver Post, Michael Baca, a Democratic elector, filed paperwork Tuesday with the Colorado Secretary of State's Office to create the "Hamilton Electors," a group able to fundraise unlimited donations from individuals, corporations and labor unions for political reasons.
