    DALLAS - Six days before Super Tuesday, Ted Cruz and Donald Trump are now tied in Texas, according to a new public opinion poll commissioned by WFAA-TV. Cruz and Trump both had 32 percent support from likely and actual GOP primary voters, with a 3.9 percent margin of error. It is the most recent survey of Texas voters and the first one to show Cruz no longer leading in his home state.

    Thursday, February 28, 2008 Barack Obama has moved ahead of Hillary Clinton in Texas. The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey shows Obama attracting 48% of the vote while Clinton earns 44%. Eight percent (8%) remain undecided and another 12% say it’s possible they could change their mind. That latter figure includes 3% who say there’s a good chance they could change their mind. Obama leads by sixteen points among men, but trails by nine among women. Clinton’s lead among Hispanic voters is down to seven percentage points.
