SKOPJE, Macedonia - Attackers killed a former ethnic Albanian rebel commander in a drive-by shooting in Macedonia on Wednesday, police said. Jusuf Ilazi, also known as Qufa, was shot in the tense northwestern city of Tetovo, 40 kilometers (25 miles) from the capital, Skopje.
