MEMPHIS, TN – Memphis police say an elderly man is dead and his daughter is in critical condition after a pit bull attack that also injured two firefighters. According to police, officers were called to 230 North Manassas Street around noon, Tuesday, July 20, 2010, about an elderly man who was attacked by a pit bull dog.
