Orly Taitz has reported on her website that Judge Rhonda Nishimura has granted Taitz’s request to expedite a hearing originally scheduled for January 26, when Taitz must be in Georgia for a ballot challenge hearing. The new date is this Friday, January 13, and Taitz will be making her fifth trip to Hawaii since filing the case Taitz v. Fuddy. Dr. Alvin Onaka, Registrar at the Hawaii Department of Health, was also named a defendant.
