A unique security system designed to keep students and faculty safer in school has been outfitted in one Stonington school and on Wednesday Eyewitness News got a firsthand look at it. Pawcatuck's West Vine Street School is the first school in the district to be fully integrated with the panic button security system. Soon they will be installed in the high school and other schools. Each classroom, along with the gym and library, has a red secure panic button. Stonington — A Quaker Hill man was charged with reckless driving Saturday after police say he drove 139 miles per hour on Interstate 95. Stewart V. Williams, 25, of [Adress redacted by Moi --TSR], Quaker Hill, was charged with reckless driving, greater than 85 mph. According to State Police, Williams was traveling northbound near exit 92 when a trooper used a laser clock to read the speed of his 2012 Audi R8 at 139 miles per hour in a 65-miles-per-hour zone.
