Hometown favorite Mitt Romney is still winning Michigan in a new poll, but Tea Party sensation Herman Cain is close on his heels. Romney wins Michigan with 37 percent, in the MIRS/Practical Political Consulting robopoll. But that's down from the 43 percent the former Massachusetts governor had in August. Romney has locked up most of the money and political establishment in Michigan, including House Speaker Jase Bolger (R-Marshall), Attorney General Bill Schuette and Senate Majority Leader Randy Richardville (R-Monroe).
