A new study to be presented at the SLEEP 2023 annual meeting found three out of four adults reported sleeping better after sex, and the majority felt that a sleeping pill had a similar or worse effect on their sleep. Results show that 75% of survey respondents reported that they slept better after having sex close to bedtime, and the majority reported experiencing a moderate improvement in their sleep on those nights. Jackson Mahomes, the brother of Kansas City Chiefs star Patrick Mahomes, was arrested on an aggravated sexual battery charge Wednesday stemming from an incident at a Kansas restaurant in February, jail records show. Two women are suing George Foreman over allegations that the former heavyweight boxing champion sexually abused them when they were teenagers in the 1970s. The women filed separate lawsuits Wednesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court alleging Foreman began grooming them when they were just 8 and 9 years old and later raped them at age 15 and 16. Prosecutors in Nassau County, New York, will not bring charges against former Gov. Andrew Cuomo over sexual misconduct allegations that came out of a state attorney general's investigation. Andrew Cuomo (D), according to NBC New York. These transcripts follow the August release of the New York attorney general report concluding that Cuomo had sexually harassed several women, some of whom were state employees, according to The New York Times. Among the documents released Wednesday was a transcript from an 11-hour interview conducted with Cuomo about his alleged misconduct against women, reports the Times. The transcript is 515 pages long.

A former Catholic bishop admitted that the Archdiocese of Albany covertly moved around priests accused of sexual misconduct before reintroducing them back into the ministry. Howard J. Hubbard, who headed the diocese from 1977 to 2014, said it was common practice in the 1970s and 1980s to temporarily remove accused priests, send them for supposed rehabilitation — then put them back on the job.
