PIERRE -- South Dakota apparently will get a shorter break than most people wanted between the 2002 and 2004 U.S. Senate campaigns. "I think everybody has to take a deep breath because I think we were looking for a longer break than we're going to get," said Judy Olson, chair of the South Dakota Democratic Party.
