On Location Martin Sheen, who plays President Bartlet On NBC's "The West Wing," joined a College Democrats rally yesterday on the Hill. Two other would-be presidents were also in attendance: Senate Majority Leader Thomas Daschle and Sen. Joe Lieberman.
