Rosh Chodesh March Some 2,000 people took part in the monthly Rosh Chodesh march around the Temple Mount gates. At the concluding ceremony at the Mercy (Golden) Gate on the eastern side of the Mount, the crowd called on Prime Minister Sharon to open the holy site to Jewish worshipers. A demand was also sounded that the religious parties not enter Sharon's government before he allows Jews to worship on the Temple Mount.
