A 50-year-old man who had sex with his neighbor while she was unconscious told police he only did it to try and keep her warm, it emerged today. Rodger William Kelly, from St George, Utah, said he inserted his penis inside the unconscious 29-year-old on May 19 because 'he was trying to save her life'. 'He said he did place it inside of her to try and get her temperature up', court documents said. He was arrested on Monday and charged with one count of first-degree felony rape.
