RNC Chairman Reince Priebus appeared on Wisconsin television last weekend saying he believes Donald Trump to be a “net positive” for the Republican party. Priebus’ relationship with Trump has been an interesting one so far, starting with the call between the two men in which Priebus reportedly asked Trump to “soften his tone.” Publicly, though, Priebus hasn’t really criticized Trump and has even expressed his certainty that Trump won’t run as a third-party candidate. I’ve had my fill of the pleas for money that have been filling up my email in-box, and that’s saying something – as a lawyer, I usually have a great respect for people demanding money.
