BRITAIN marks the 10th anniversary of Princess Diana's death tomorrow with a royal memorial service and a series of other tributes to the the "people's princess". Diana's sons Princes William and Harry, her ex-husband Prince Charles and the Queen, will mark the tragedy that many say changed Britain with a solemn service in central London.
