A charter school in Hartford was placed in a lock-in after a power outage near the building Monday afternoon. Classes continued as normal at the Jumoke Academy at Milner School on Vine Street after the lock-in, however access in and out of the building was "limited," according to a spokesman for Hartford Public Schools. The lock-in is expected to continue until power is restored or when the students are dismissed at 4 p.m. According to the Connecticut Light & Power website, there are 154 customers currently without power.
