And of course no arrests have been made despite the fact that the incident was captured on tape. Thanks to an ambulance arriving, the man was able to flee with his life. According to stories in the New York Post and Guardian, there were several shocked witnesses in the area, so one must presume that one of them walked to the ambulance and requested assistance.
