With Democrats in control of Congress and Joe Biden in the White House, Republicans are battling multiple fronts to uphold the Constitution. And conservatives just secured a massive victory at the U.S. Supreme Court regarding free speech. The Supreme Court ruled in an 8-1 decision that a Georgia college’s speech code policy violated the First Amendment and that a student who was harmed by the policy can seek damages. Justice Clarence Thomas issued the opinion of the court, writing that nominal damages claims are enough to establish standing to sue for a constitutional violation. Chief Justice John Roberts was the...

The election audit in Maricopa County, Arizona, has garnered most of the media's attention. Now, there's another election audit that's likely about to take place in Michigan after a major lawsuit was filed. "A Monday hearing will determine the fate of one of the last active lawsuits challenging the validity of the 2020 election," the Traverse Eagle local publication reported. "A 13th Circuit Court judge is scheduled to hear arguments on a defense request to dismiss an Antrim County election-related lawsuit —a move opposed by the plaintiff who, court records show, is instead seeking to expand the case," the report...

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) said President Joe Biden’s infrastructure proposals would create significant inflation, which would thereby act as a “tax” for people who make less than $400,000. Biden and his deputies have said they wouldn’t raise taxes on people making less than $400,000 per year. However, due to the sheer size of his two infrastructure proposals, worth about $4 trillion, some economists have warned that it would trigger significant inflation.

In a video that is gaining a massive amount of traction, two doctors, Dr. Sherri Tenpenny and Dr. Larry Palevsky, host a round table discussion called “Critical Thinking” with three special guests, Dr. Carrie Madej, Dr. Christiane Northrup, and Dr. Lee Merritt, where they discuss, what they believe, are extreme dangers of “weaponized” COVID-19 vaccines. The topic at hand is the impact of the experimental COVID injections on women’s health. This is especially true for people who have chosen not to receive the experimental COVID-19 vaccine but have been exposed to those who have, and have contracted infections that appear...

Something must be really worrying Democrats. There appears to be a full-court press effort to delay and defer any and every effort to audit Maricopa County's election results. Officials in Arizona's Maricopa County are withholding materials subpoenaed by the state legislature as part of its audit of the county's 2020 election, claiming that surrendering them would constitute a security risk for both law enforcement and federal agencies.

Democrats are having flashbacks of what happened with the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, but this time it is with current Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer. Many Democrat politicians have been tiptoeing around his feelings and not directly asking him to retire because they are frightened that it may look too political. But what they want is a new, young liberal justice on the court in the place of the 82-year-old justice, CNN reported.

Donald Trump has endorsed Wyoming Republican Rep. Liz Cheney's potential replacement. Earlier this week, it was reported that House leadership is considering removing Cheney, the third-ranking Republican, from her leadership role. Trump has fully endorsed the idea. "Liz Cheney is a warmongering fool who has no business in Republican Party Leadership," Trump said. "We want leaders who believe in the Make America Great Again movement and prioritize the values of America First. Elise Stefanik is a far superior choice, and she has my COMPLETE and TOTAL endorsement for GOP Conference Chair. Elise is a tough and smart communicator!"

Not long after Joe Biden claimed the crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border is "under control," new data reveals that Biden could not be further from the truth. Chief Patrol Chief Chris Clem tweeted that the Yuma Sector, which stretches across Arizona’s border with Mexico, apprehended over 1,600 illegal immigrants over the weekend. And that is just at one major border sector. There are dozens more.

Last month, the cancel culture mob found a new target in Sharon Osbourne after she dared to defend her friend Piers Morgan from claims that he is racist simply for criticizing Meghan Markle. Now, Sharon’s daughter Kelly Osbourne is defiantly speaking out to say “f*** cancel culture.” Kelly’s comments contrast the ones made by LeVar Burton, who has become a frontrunner to be named host of “Jeopardy!”

Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Daniel Martin has dismissed a temporary restraining order aimed at pausing the Arizona Senate's recount of 2.1 million 2020 election ballots. Martin said the plaintiffs (Democrats) failed to show enough evidence that there would be harm to voters due to the audit procedures currently being used. “I will share with you all, I am not yet persuaded that there has been a showing that the rights of the voters in Maricopa County are being protected,” Martin said.

Border Patrol Chief Rodney S. Scott is resisting Joe Biden's new order to use "non-legal immigration terms." Scott sent a memo to Senior Official Performing the Duties of the Commissioner Troy A. Miller to inform him that he can't comply with the Biden administration’s softening of legal terms to refer to illegal aliens. The Biden administration sent memos to immigration officials last week regarding their new far-left immigration policies, which included telling officials to no longer use terms like "illegal alien." The memo orders immigration officials to make changes in rhetoric such as substituting “noncitizen or migrant” for “alien,” “undocumented”...

When officers again asked him to produce his driver’s license several times, he said “I can’t do that” and was promptly taken to the ground by police. (Video in story)

Numerous staff of the New York Times, it’s been discovered, have previously working for the Chinese Communist Party’s state-run media outlet China Daily. One of them, the publication’s current Director of Cinematography, also admitted to “working for the Communist Party of China” while another boasted of being a “China apologist”. The news comes as the New York Times breathlessly backs big corporates opposed to Georgia’s new voting laws. The New York Times, however, seems less concerned with employing genocidal Chinese Communist Party apparatchiks. Jonah Kessel – the current Director of Cinematography at The New York Times – served as the...
