Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Daniel Martin has dismissed a temporary restraining order aimed at pausing the Arizona Senate's recount of 2.1 million 2020 election ballots.
Martin said the plaintiffs (Democrats) failed to show enough evidence that there would be harm to voters due to the audit procedures currently being used.
“I will share with you all, I am not yet persuaded that there has been a showing that the rights of the voters in Maricopa County are being protected,” Martin said.

Why would the Democrats be afraid of a recount? We’ve been told repeatedly how there are all sorts of protocols and checks in place to prevent voter fraud. Wouldn’t this count simply provide proof?

Is there a point where if the audit is stopped, enough will have been completed to show the steal? Say 10% as in a sampling?
Let’s face it, no matter what the results of this audit, the MSM will still be reporting no fraud.

Don’t think so. The only thing that kept the FIB at bay was Trump. They wanted to do the dawn raid with CNN shuffle like a year ago, I believe. but after all this time they finally found a judge who did care if his/her name was on the warrant, I guess!

Why would the Democrats be afraid of a recount? This is more than a recount. If you simply count fraudulent votes, you get the same stolen election.
They are afraid of the forensic audit that will prove the fraud.
