I took note over at PowerlineBlog today of this piece by John Hinderaker of a study published by Dr. John Lott using statistical analysis to examine comparative voting patterns in Georgia and Pennsylvania counties.... But the “30,000 ft view” of Dr. Lott’s conclusions — drawn from comparisons of patterns and behavior from precinct-level reporting of vote totals — is that, as a statistical matter, the EVIDENCE of vote fraud is inescapable. Why have I emphasized “evidence”? I did so because I want to distinguish the use of statistical data as evidence in a courtroom in an election challenge, and the...

These two infographics illustrate what’s gone wrong with Pennsylvania’s ability to oversee an election to the tune of nearly 250k votes. This includes the 205,000, or so, that you’ve written about previously (newer updates drop this to 185k) plus the mail/absentee ballots that are in-question. Rep. Mo Brooks is driving home the point that some states lack the ability to run an election well enough to reliably determine a winner. This is the story of Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania’s SURE system must be used, by law, to ensure the integrity of the election. Some soft PA legislators are saying that the SURE...

Congressional leaders passed a new stimulus package meant to alleviate the financial pain of the coronavirus, but it won’t cure all that ails PennDOT’s pocketbook. PennDOT press secretary Alexis Campbell said Monday afternoon it wasn’t clear if the relief plan will cover the $600 million funding gap plaguing PennDOT. Early media reports indicate that $10 billion of financial relief could be distributed to the 50 states’ highway systems, though it’s unclear how much would come Pennsylvania’s way. State Sen. Pat Browne, a Lehigh County Republican and longtime chairperson of the Appropriations Committee, said Tuesday that transportation-specific wording included in the...

Retired Army Colonel and Pennsylvania State Senator Doug Mastriano wrote the Acting Deputy Attorney General Richard Donoghue on Monday on the general election voter irregularities and fraud in the 2020 presidential election. The most damning evidence against Democrat fraud in the state is the fact that 205,122 more votes were counted in the state than the number of people who voted!Pennsylvania Reported 200,000 More Ballots Cast than People Who Voted – Will The State Now Legitimately Go to the Trump Column? On Thursday Senator Mastriano and several members of the Pennsylvania House and Senate wrote a letter to Majority Leader Mitch McConnell...

A researcher at the Department of Justice on Tuesday released a 25-page report indicating a high probability of voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election. World-renown economist John Lott Ph.D., examined election results from Pennsylvania and Georgia, as well as potential election fraud in Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, and Wisconsin. “This paper’s approach allows us to quantify how large a potential problem vote fraud and other abnormalities might be in the 2020 election,” Dr. Lott wrote. White House advisor Peter Navarro heralded Lott’s study results on Twitter:

On Dec. 28, Pennsylvania lawmakers concluded that "Numbers Don’t Add Up, Certification Of Presidential Results Premature and In Error" President Trump tweeted about it:“Breaking News: In Pennsylvania there were 205,000 more votes than there were voters. This alone flips the state to President Trump.”The key paragraphs from the PA lawmaker's two-page statement:A comparison of official county election results to the total number of voters who voted on November 3, 2020 as recorded by the Department of State shows that 6,962,607 total ballots were reported as being cast, while DoS/SURE system records indicate that only 6,760,230 total voters actually voted. Among...

Even if the AP's numbers are right, the percentage of registered Pennsylvania "voters" who "voted" is very, very hard to believe, maybe unprecedented.

A press release from a Pennsylvania legislator made major waves yesterday. Well, it should have. It revealed clear-cut evidence of massive voter fraud that was more than enough to turn a Trump victory in the state to a narrow Biden “win” at the last moment. But it didn’t get the coverage we expected. In fact, it was skipped over completely by some of the most high-traffic conservative news outlets out there. Here’s the short version: Pennsylvania’s Statewide Uniform Registry of Electors, or “SURE” System, tallies the votes from each county on behalf of the Secretary of the Commonwealth. It is the...

And in the home stretch of the 2020 “keep counting until morale improves” contest, Pennsylvania has currently pulled into the lead with this entry:A comparison of official county election results to the total number of voters who voted on November 3, 2020 as recorded by the Department of State shows that 6,962,607 total ballots were reported as being cast, while DoS/SURE system records indicate that only 6,760,230 total voters actually voted. Among the 6,962,607 total ballots cast, 6,931,060 total votes were counted in the presidential race, including all three candidates on the ballot and write-in candidates. The difference of 202,377 more...

Ryan, who is a certified public accountant, says they discovered discrepancies between the numbers of total votes counted and total number of voters who voted in the 2020 General Election which is making them question how the results could have been certified by Gov. Tom Wolf and Secretary of the Commonwealth Kathy Boockvar. According to Ryan, the analysis compared official county election results to the total number of voters who voted Nov. 3, as recorded by the Department of State. Ryan says they found that 6,962,607 total ballots were reported as being cast, while DoS/SURE system records indicated that only...

After nearly two months, the state of Pennsylvania is found to have certified votes that are in error. The Pennsylvania House has just uncovered that the certified results in Pennsylvania for President are in error by more than 200,000 votes. This is more than twice the difference between President Trump and Joe Biden. What a mess. Republican State Representative Russ Diamond uncovered and reported today that the results for President are way off in Pennsylvania. More ballots were cast than people voted by more than 200,000 votes. The group of Republican Representatives released this message: HARRISBURG – A group of...

DEC. 28, 2020 HARRISBURG – A group of state lawmakers performing extensive analysis of election data today revealed troubling discrepancies between the numbers of total votes counted and total number of voters who voted in the 2020 General Election, and as a result are questioning how the results of the presidential election could possibly have been certified by Secretary of the Commonwealth Kathy Boockvar and Governor Tom Wolf. These findings are in addition to prior concerns regarding actions by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Secretary, and others impacting the conduct of the election. A comparison of official county election...

When the Supreme Court of Chief Justice John Roberts rejected the lawsuit of the state of Texas and other states that said the election rules in contested battleground states like Pennsylvania were unconstitutionally written, SCOTUS ruled that it could not prove Texas or its citizens suffered harm by the processes by which another state selects electors and writes election rules. This of course is nonsense. Supreme Court Justices are like field goal kickers. They have one job. In the case of SCOTUS, it is to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America. We are a union...

The lawsuit before the Supreme Court seeks to direct the Vice President to refuse to include the Electoral votes from five states until those state legislatures can certify their votes. In one of the most potent lawsuits to reach the US Supreme Court, the Amistad Project has filed a lawsuit on a point of constitutional order that would force the President of the Senate – Vice President Mike Pence – to remand the Electoral College votes of five states to their respective legislatures for certification. The Thomas More Society’s Amistad Project filed a lawsuit on December 22, 2020, claiming that...

WASHINGTON—Several Pennsylvania state senators, all Republicans, met with the president in the Oval Office on Dec. 23 to discuss election fraud issues in their state. Among them was Sen. Doug Mastriano, who said afterwards that he’s “never seen anyone more resolved or determined” as Trump, “because truth is on his side.” “The mood was determined. We need to find out what the heck happened here,” Mastriano told The Epoch Times. He said the group took Trump through the various concerns they had, including a dump of 570,000 votes in the middle of the night for Democratic nominee Joe Biden, during...
