Oslo, April 7, 2010: OptiNose, a leader in nasal drug delivery systems, is pleased to announce the publication in Cephalalgia of results from its Phase II clinical study investigating the efficacy and tolerability of its novel, intranasal drug/device product for the treatment of migraine. Sumatriptan powder in 10mg and 20mg doses administered intranasally using OptiNose's bi-directional delivery device was highly effective in treating a single attack of moderate or severe migraine.
