TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) — A woman charged in connection to the case of a pregnant 12-year-old is set to appear in court Thursday. A preliminary hearing for Desiree Castaneda is set for 9 a.m. this morning. According to court documents, Castaneda and 24-year-old Juan Miranda-Jara, the man accused of getting the girl pregnant, plead not guilty in August. Castaneda was arrested in July after Tulsa police say she allegedly enabled a sexual relationship between a man and her 12-year-old daughter.
