The Trump campaign on Wednesday unveiled a tranche of information it plans to present to a Nevada state court Thursday that suggests there were thousands of fraudulent votes cast — possibly enough to overturn Joe Biden’s win there by 33,569 votes. Officials said that among the evidence and expert testimony to be presented in Carson City are indications that over 1,500 ballots were cast by dead voters, that 42,248 people voted “multiple times,” data on a huge spike in incomplete voter registrations, and home addresses in temporary RV camps and casinos. They also plan to present polling that 1% of...

This morning, Trump attorney Jesse R. Binnall joined Maria Bartiromo. During the interview, Binnall told Bartiromo that by 5:00 p.m. today, the Trump legal team will submit specific evidence of voter fraud in Nevada, including evidence that more than 40,000 people voted twice. https://twitter.com/TeamTrump/status/1334139723128958978?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1334139723128958978%7Ctwgr%5E%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Felectionwiz.com%2F2020%2F12%2F02%2Ff09f9aa8breaking-trump-team-says-40000-people-voted-twice-in-nevada%2F

Richard Grenell @RichardGrenell He will be served. And he will have to answer questions under oath. He threw out an entire County Commisioner’s race because he didn’t have confidence in his own elections. Biden-Trump was on the same ballot. Quote Tweet Victor Joecks @VictorJoecks · 3h .@realDonaldTrump's campaign tells me they've been trying to serve Clark County Registrar Joe Gloria with a subpoena since Wednesday. County workers locked the building to keep them out and then Gloria hid in his house all weekend. What are Gloria and Clark County hiding?

...a “data scientist” found a huge surge of incomplete voter registrations and those giving casinos and temporary RV parks as “their home or mailing addresses" in CD3 / Clark County/ Las Vegas The expert... said .....there was an “historically strange” jump in voter registrations missing the sex and age of the voter. 74% of the incomplete registrations took place between July and September this year. “This investigation found over 13K voters whose voter registration information revealed no sex or date of birth.... we cannot verify whether these voters are old enough to vote.... very strange that there were very, very...

For the most part, it’s been something of a disaster for the Trump legal team, but I will say they are scrappy and are not giving up. Yet, time is a resource that is in very short supply. Rush Limbaugh and Fox News’ Tucker Carlson have called out the Trump legal effort for hosting press conferences promising bombshell evidence that has yet to be revealed. We’re still waiting, but the Trump team did score a big legal win in Nevada, where a judge granted a motion allowing the campaign to present its evidence regarding voter fraud. Paul Bedard of the...

In its first court victory, a Nevada judge has agreed to let the Trump campaign present its evidence that fraud and illegalities plagued the state’s election, enough to reverse Joe Biden's win and set an example for other state challenges.

LAS VEGAS (AP) — The Nevada Supreme Court made Joe Biden’s win in the state official on Tuesday, approving the state's final canvass of the Nov. 3 election. The unanimous action by the seven nonpartisan justices sends to Democratic Gov. Steve Sisolak results that will deliver six electoral votes from the western U.S. battleground state to Biden. The court action drew extra scrutiny amid legal efforts by the state GOP and Trump campaign to prevent sending vote-by-mail ballots to all 1.82 million active registered voters and then to stop the counting of the 1.4 million votes that were cast.

Restrictions include a stronger mask mandate and new capacity limits [cut] According to Sisolak, Nevadans and visitors are required to wear a mask at all times, whether indoors or outdoors, when not in the presence of someone who is part of their household. No additional businesses will be closed. However, occupancy at both indoor and outdoor restaurants and bars occupancy will be reduced to 25 percent. No more than four people will be allowed at one table, and reservations will be required. "I know the majority of our bars and restaurants are doing their best, but these settings are proven...

As officials in Nevada’s most populous counties certified results of the Nov. 3 election, President Donald Trump took to Twitter with a new attack on the vote that gave Democratic candidate Joe Biden a 33,596-vote statewide victory. A state court legal fight to stop counting mail ballots in the Las Vegas area ended last week, after the state high court dismissed an appeal by the Trump campaign and state GOP, at their request. That left two active legal cases in Nevada relating to the 2020 presidential election. But now another voter fraud allegation came from Nevada. More votes were cast...

“If a criminal doesn’t admit he committed voter fraud, Clark County is unlikely to find out about it,” Joecks wrote.WASHINGTON, D.C. (Texas Insider Report) — “Clark County election officials accepted my signature on eight ballot return envelopes during the general election. It’s more evidence that signature verification is a flawed security measure,” wrote Las Vegas Review-Journal's columnist Victor Joecks, saying the assurances from elections officials that the process was secure were just puffery. “County officials aren’t working proactively to determine whether unscrupulous actors abused this vulnerability in a widespread fashion,” Clark County Registrar Joe Gloria told Joecks.Joecks conducted his own...

The hallmark of any democracy is to establish the rule of law and protect its independence at all costs. To maintain that independence, government must ensure that its power is not abused or weaponized by its members. There is no greater criteria for a healthy democracy than to allow its citizens to legally challenge its decisions in an independent court proceeding. This is why it is so disturbing to hear U.S. media personalities and academic scholars demand an end to legal challenges filed to ensure election integrity. The Left and their media allies should be celebrating the effort to ensure...

In tribal areas, Native American nonprofits illegally offered gift cards, electronics, and other 'prizes' in an effort to get out the vote—for Joe Biden. ============================================================================= It should surprise no one that Nevada has problems with election security and voter fraud, especially after the state mailed an absentee ballot to every registered voter this year whether he requested one or not, then received back more than eight times as many mail-in ballots as they did in 2016. That’s part of the reason Republicans in Nevada filed another lawsuit on Tuesday alleging widespread voter fraud and irregularities. The mass mailing of unsolicited...

Nevada’s Republican Party announced a new election contest on Tuesday to “throw out fraud and ensure election integrity,” citing a slew of alleged voting irregularities that include claims of evidence that 15,000 people who voted in Nevada also voted in another state. The election contest (pdf), filed in Carson City District Court by Nevada Electoral College candidates who pledged to President Donald Trump, is contesting the results of the presidential election in Nevada. It alleges “substantial irregularities, improprieties, and fraud” that occurred in the election, and that Nevada election officials put in effect an election system that was “highly susceptible to...

Clark County Nevada is notorious for election fraud going all the way back to the SEIU union bussing people in from California to vote in Nevada elections. This is part of Harry Reid’s long-lasting legacy. Earlier today the Trump campaign team in Nevada held a press conference (full video below). Within the presser attorney Adam Laxalt outlined some of the more consequential discoveries: “This lawsuit presents that 15,000 people voted in Nevada and another state, it also presents dead voters.” (videos)

CARSON CITY(AP) — Republicans recaptured three seats in Nevada’s state Assembly, ensuring that Democrats lose the veto-proof majority they would need to approve new taxes unilaterally. Former Assemblyman Richard McArthur, former Assemblywoman Jill Dickman and Andy Matthews won election in Las Vegas and Reno-area battleground districts. McArthur and Dickman regained seats that they lost in 2018 and 2016, respectively. The three flipped Assembly seats will likely change dynamics when the Legislature reconvenes in 2021 to address the coronavirus pandemic, the state budget and redraws state legislative and congressional districts based on the 2020 census. The result is expected to add...

Well, this drip drip drip is showing there is a problem with how the counties collect and count votes and will need to be corrected sooner rather than later. However, will it be corrected soon enough to help the President retain the White House this year is still yet to be shown? President Trump on Monday hailed a “Big Victory” in the election results of a Clark County Commissioner race being thrown out by the election commission in Nevada’s largest county. The results do NOT include any other race in this district including the Presdital race but do show irregularities...

Nevada Gov. Steve Sisolak shared on Friday that he has tested positive for COVID-19. The governor's office said as part of a regular testing protocol Gov. Sisolak underwent a routine test on Friday in Carson City and a rapid test provided a positive result. The governor also received a diagnostic PCR test and those results were pending, according to the governor's office. Currently, the governor says he is not experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms other than earlier in the week feeling fatigued. And at that time he attributed it to his schedule. "It was important to me to notify Nevadans as...

This same process may work equally well in other states, but systemic ballot fraud is quite easy in Nevada if there are election officials willing to allow it to be perpetrated. Registering to vote in Nevada is not much different than any other state — but the registration process in Nevada requires no step that actually seeks to establish the applicant’s right to lawfully cast a ballot in Nevada. The registration application requires the individual to provide a state driver’s license or state identification number. BUT, having neither is not a basis to deny the application. For persons who lack those...

LAS VEGAS, Nevada – A second sworn affidavit from a whistleblower who was 'an election worker' in Clark County, Nevada, claims mail-in ballots were improperly filled out in a Biden-Harris van outside a polling place... He also said that voters without proper identification were permitted to cast provisional ballots. The biggest shock claim, though, dealt with improperly filled out ballots in the van belonging to supporters of presumptive President-elect Joe Biden, whom he saw while on a lunch break walk on Oct. 28 or 29. “I personally witnessed two people handing multiple unopened mail in ballot envelopes to two other...

An experiment testing the veracity of Nevada mail-in ballot signature verification reportedly resulted in an 89% failure rate, raising concerns about the integrity of the state's rapidly implemented universal mail-in ballot system.
