I've seen the senate races heating up, but not nearly as much on the house seats. I'm mostly using information from DC POLITICAL REPORT and POLITICS1. STATES Alabama DISTRICT 3 - The other Mike Rogers (R) won in 02 with 50.3% over Democrat Joe Turnham(48.2%) in an open seat. So far, it looks as he is facing Democrat Bill Fuller, Ex-State Human Resources Commissioner. I haven't heard much about this race, but the first defense is hardest. Alaska SENATE - Lisa Murkowski(R) vs Ex governor Tony Knowles. This will be a tough race as Knowles is an ex-governor and Murkowski...

Journalists, political pundits and other Hysteric Left activists are desperately trying to spin some cosmic significance out of Sunday's Spanish elections. The "conventional wisdom" is that the Spanish Election results are some sort of significant defeat for President Bush and the War on Terror. As usual the "News Media's" thinking is neither conventional nor wise. What all the various activists miss is the reality of American Exceptionalism. As much as the International Political Left hates, and try's to deny, the reality is the USA operates on a completely different political level then the rest of the world. On Sunday, the...

The reason for my apology was that throughout this primary season we have been hearing about the record turnout of voters participating in Democrat caucuses and primaries. I bought the lie. The truth is that, except for Iowa and New Hampshire, there has not been any sort of record turnout for the Democrats. Even in New Hampshire the vote was far less than what the Republicans had when they last had a contested primary in 2000. The Democrats this year had 219,787 votes in their primary. The GOP in 2000 had 239,523 votes. That 20,000 difference is major in a...

http://newsmax.com/archives/ic/2004/3/6/121052.shtml Well isn't this intresting. The "objective news media" supposed 9-11 surviors protesting Bush's ads are actually anti-war stooges financed by John Kerry's wife. Please take a moment and vist the New York Times, Washington Post, MSNBC, CBS, NBC and ABC etc to email the Omsbudsman, the Publisher, the News Editor and demand to know why they allowed clearly partisan advocates of Kerry's Presidential Campaign were presented on their "News" programs with no reference to their ties to the Kerry camp. We absolutely must demand the "News Media" be held accountable for their free advertising for the Kerry camp.

http://www.georgewbush.com/tvads/ Here is a link to the 1st three Bush Re-election ads. As expected the DNC directed its "Objective News Media" mouthpieces at CNN, NBC, CBS and ABC to generate phoney hysteria about these ads. Compared to the demogagery and lies spread by the Kerry Campaign, Moveon.org and the DNC about Bush for the last 6 months, this is probably the mildest sets of ads that have run so far this political season. Please email this link to every person on you email contact list. We need to get as many people as possible to see these ads. They are...

Conservatives should write in Tom Tancredo in the primary ballot to demonstrate the depth of concern we have with the President. If enough do this, he will get the message.

<p>HELENA -- Democrat Brian Schweitzer Monday reported raising another $106,000 the past three months for his 2004 gubernatorial campaign, continuing his record-setting pace for rolling up early cash in a Montana governor's race.</p>
<p>This year, the Whitefish farmer/rancher has raised a total of $361,000 -- far more than a Montana gubernatorial candidate has ever raised at this point in the campaign.</p>

HELENA - If the 2004 general election were held today, only 18 percent of Montana voters say they would vote to re-elect Republican Gov. Judy Martz, a Lee Newspapers poll shows. Democratic challenger Brian Schweitzer would defeat Martz by a 52 percent to 24 percent margin, with 24 percent of the voters undecided, if the 2004 general election were held today, a test matchup in the poll shows. Schweitzer, the only announced Democratic candidate who narrowly lost to Republican U.S. Sen. Conrad Burns in 2000, already has raised more than $250,000 for his 2004 governor's race. Only one in five...

HELENA - Many Montana politicians are eyeing the 2004 governor's race, but many Republicans are waiting to see whether Gov. Judy Martz decides to run for re-election before announcing their plans. So far, only two major party candidates have declared: Democrat Brian Schweitzer of Whitefish, who lost a close race to U.S. Sen. Conrad Burns in 2000, and Republican Tom Keating, a former long-time Billings legislator who ran unsuccessfully for lieutenant governor in 2000. Also, Robert Kelle-her, a Butte lawyer, Constitutional Convention delegate and frequent candidate, has announced that he will run, but he hasn't disclosed on which political party...

HELENA -- Democrat Brian Schweitzer already has raised more $254,000 for his race for governor in 2004, a total that he says has shattered fund-raising records for Montana gubernatorial candidates. He filed a fund-raising report Monday. Schweitzer, who narrowly lost to U.S. Sen. Conrad Burns, R-Mont., raised $254,903 from Jan. 8 through March 31, despite refusing to take money from political action committees and political parties. His campaign reported $229,377 in the bank at the close of the reporting period. The Democrat said he has received money from 1,843 individual donors, with 91 percent from Montana. He and his wife,...

The ENEMY forged the stolen steel Delighted at the pain we would soon feel A hot branding iron to burn a 9 and 11 In the hearts of all righteous under Heaven The demons smiled and admired their work Then dedicated it with an unholy curse The plans were laid well, the deceptions intact With stooges called "martyrs" they began the attack They boarded the planes with thin, tight-lipped smiles Politely nodding to each small child - In a short time they’d know TERROR too real When their KILLERS captured the pilot’s wheel May the TWIN TOWERS of bright beacon...

<p>HELENA, Montana (AP) -- Republican Mike Taylor jumped back into the Montana Senate race Tuesday, two weeks after dropping out because of a campaign ad he said made him look gay.</p>
<p>Taylor said his "limited" campaign against Democratic Sen. Max Baucus would include a statewide bus tour focusing on his Senate bid and on "getting the slander out of Montana politics."</p>
-
Today on Sean Hannity, among other Senate races such as Missouri, Minnesota, Iowa and New Jersey, Sean referred to Max Baucus as being "on the edge". Has anyone seen any new numbers to prove this claim?

<p>As the fall elections draw near, Republicans are turning to a secret weapon — Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, New York Democrat.</p>
<p>"Hit-Hillary commercials have already run in Texas, Tennessee and North Carolina. And in a fourth state, Montana, just taking money from Clinton's HILLPAC political action committee is sparking attacks on a Democratic senator," New York Post reporter Deborah Orin writes.</p>

HELENA - National Republican Chairman Marc Racicot told the Montana party faithful Saturday that it's critical for the GOP to regain control of the U.S. Senate to pass President Bush's agenda now stalled in the Democratic-controlled chamber. "I think this is the most important election year of our lifetimes," Racicot, former two-term Montana governor, told an overflow luncheon crowd at the Montana Republican Party platform committee. Racicot made his first official appearance in Montana since becoming GOP national chairman earlier this year. The former governor said he has made 45 trips to 30 states for the party the past five...

HELENA - Democratic U.S. Sen. Max Baucus has raised $4.58 million in campaign funds so far, already topping his 1996 campaign total, while his two main Republican challengers continue to lag far behind in the money race. And in the U.S. race, Rep. Denny Rehberg, R-Mont., has collected $748,828 so far in his attempt at a second term, while his Democratic opponents have not yet filed campaign reports. Baucus, seeking his fifth term in the Senate, collected $820,072 for the past three months and spent $730,630 for the period and $2.28 million so far. His cash balance on March 30...
